Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at Checkout

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
  • You can track your order using the link provided in the email

Delays and Problem Resolution

  • While we strive to meet delivery times, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier issues

RETURNS

Please email support@tuactivewear.com to initiate a return and receive a shipping label*.

If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer returns made within 30 days of purchase. Please note the following guidelines:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  2. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached)
  3. Proof of purchase is required for all returns
  4. We do not accept returns for Gift Cards 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund, less any applicable shipping charges*.
