Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $8 on orders less than $100
Shipping Destinations
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii
- At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details
- Track your delivery easily using the link provided

How to Start a Return
Email support@tuactivewear.com to initiate your return and receive a return shipping label*.
Return Guidelines
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
- Gift Cards are final sale and non-returnable
*Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed minus any applicable shipping charges.
